I look unnaturally tall in this photo cos I was wearing really really high wedges...
Relaxing photo in the food court
As some of you know we've had a lot of relatives come over since Thursday so it's been super loud and exciting around my house since they're staying with us :)
Whilst the adults all trekked to Hunter Valley, we-my sister, cousin and I-took my little nephew (well he's my cousin's son so we'll just call him nephew) to Luna Park :)
Haven't worn one of these all day wristbands for ages
It was SOOOO hot and my nephew was wearing some thick fleece jumper and jeans LOL and was sweating buckets so we bought him a t-shirt from Luna Park that said something like "I survived the Wild Mouse Coaster at Luna Park Sydney" (which is probably an impressive feat cos everytime I ride that roller coaster I get super nervous cos it's so old and built so high above the sea) and he changed into it.
My nephew really loved the Tango Train but we were all soo dizzy from it haha but to our credit no one threw up during the course of the day....
We also took some polaroids:
Oh my goodness this is a massive fail. I asked some passerby to take it for us and YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE US we're tiny little pinpricks in the distance and SOME KID WALKED IN FRONT AND SHE STILL TOOK THE PHOTO!!!!!! I wish she could have waited or put more effort but oh well. Yeah it's a horrible polaroid.
This one's a bit bright. We took it with all the boats in the background.
I took this one of my sis, cousin and nephew :) Opera House and Harhour Bridge in the background
My sis took this one. Me, my cousin and my nephew
I kept seeing people I knew yesterday. Like at Luna Park I saw DM, and ex-baulkoer YC. On the train to Milson's Point I was also coincidentally in the same apartment at RQ. So cool!
After the exhaustion of Luna Park we all went out to Merrylands Bowling Club Buffet to eat. Really nice food actually.
Also HAPPY EASTER everybody!!! Let's not forget that although eating chocolate is yum and rabbits are cute what happy news we're celebrating: the DEATH, SACRIFICE and REBIRTH of our Lord Jesus Christ for US! Not just for the people then, but for EVERYBODY in the world today and forever, so that we may find a way to God and eternal salvation. Phew a lot to be thankful for eh? :D
I've been reading the Hunger Games these past nights and I'm surprised at how much I liked them. I can't wait to watch the movie!!
Can't wait to read the 2nd and 3rd books :)
Happy easter, stay safe and enjoy your holidays everyone~
Love: Michelle
the third book will make you sad, if you haven't already read it. the movie is just as great as the book though :)
ReplyDeleteAw cool thanks for the pointers! I'm so excited to read the 2nd and 3rd books now! If I can somehow find them somewhere :)
