Relaxation

Zzz so sleepy after lack of sleep from a sleepover (or affectionally 'study-over' although no real studying was done...Sorry Binomial theorem! You're not very interesting) I had yesterday! We must have gone to sleep at 3am? Quite hard to get up this morning, especially cos of the heavy rain outside as well. Does rain make any of you guys feel like snuggling into your blankets and daydreaming? Biscuit's been hiding in her kennel all day and hasn't surfaced. She's actually in disgrace at the moment.

We played Monopoly Junior lol. Major flashback to childhood. Hehe I won.

Thank you to SS aka BITTER (haha I won't forget anymore, from Butter :D) for the very yummy looking strawberry roll cake that I have yet to try. Dessert tonight? Yum :)

Found this maxi-dress in my back of my dress-closet and decided to wear it. It feel so soft and comfy!

Learnt how to fishtail braid! I think I still like the look of the traditional three-strand braid better though :)

Contemplating whether or not to eat Fred and Samantha...They're so cute though :3

Hope you guys are enjoying your holidays!

Love: Michelle

P.S. I still breathe a sigh of relief when I check of my Facebook and see that I haven't been forced into timeline yet lol.

Easter Show!

I went to the Easter Show on Monday with my cousin JH, his fiance, my other cousin RN, my OTHER cousin CC, HER husband and her two sons and my aunt AND my sister. Phew that's a lot of people lol.

My ticket. Haven't been to the show in a few years and was really excited!!

Chickens! My sister is scared of birds and hated the poultry section lol

These silkie birds were really cute. I look like a derp here.

We were on this ride somewhere...

I bought these Hello Kitty ears at the showbag section :3

These were in my nephew's showbag and since he knows I love Hello Kitty he gave it to me :)

We watched the Rodeo show. HAHA I got so into it and my sister was laughing cos I was som excited and cheering for everyone. That bull-riding was intense.

After the Rodeo show we went back to the rides section. SO nice at night, all lit up :) The fireworks actually started whilst we were on a ride and we had an awesome view

By the time we left Easter Show it was about 9pm so we had a super late dinner at Ribs and Rumps

Cool nautical ropes-thingy decoration at the restaurant

Lol anyone up for a challenge?

My nephew with the smurf toy my cousin won for him

Bibs for ribs in case it gets messy haha

Supposed to be some type of bbq sauce. hp initials always remind me of harrypotter :)

I think this was called the mixed platter

My nephew's meal

Another mixed platter

Baby potatoes and sour cream

My meal

My meal :)

By the time we walked to the bus stop the last bus left!

Uh oh!

Easter show grounds were deserted. It was so creepy cos my cousin's fiance kept telling me scary stories cos she used to live in a house where an old man was murdered :(

Anyway we eventually managed to call a taxi and got home, although it was pretty late by the time we got home so I was so sleepy!

P.S. My sister bought me a Cadbury bunny for Easter. Here's it's short life.

Post-Exam Celebration (a while back), Luna Park, Easter and Hunger Games

On Wednesday when we all finally finished them exams we decided to go out to towers and take a well-deserved break :)

I look unnaturally tall in this photo cos I was wearing really really high wedges...

Relaxing photo in the food court

As some of you know we've had a lot of relatives come over since Thursday so it's been super loud and exciting around my house since they're staying with us :)

Whilst the adults all trekked to Hunter Valley, we-my sister, cousin and I-took my little nephew (well he's my cousin's son so we'll just call him nephew) to Luna Park :)

Haven't worn one of these all day wristbands for ages

It was SOOOO hot and my nephew was wearing some thick fleece jumper and jeans LOL and was sweating buckets so we bought him a t-shirt from Luna Park that said something like "I survived the Wild Mouse Coaster at Luna Park Sydney" (which is probably an impressive feat cos everytime I ride that roller coaster I get super nervous cos it's so old and built so high above the sea) and he changed into it.

My nephew really loved the Tango Train but we were all soo dizzy from it haha but to our credit no one threw up during the course of the day....

We also took some polaroids:
Oh my goodness this is a massive fail. I asked some passerby to take it for us and YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE US we're tiny little pinpricks in the distance and SOME KID WALKED IN FRONT AND SHE STILL TOOK THE PHOTO!!!!!! I wish she could have waited or put more effort but oh well. Yeah it's a horrible polaroid.

This one's a bit bright. We took it with all the boats in the background.

I took this one of my sis, cousin and nephew :) Opera House and Harhour Bridge in the background

My sis took this one. Me, my cousin and my nephew

I kept seeing people I knew yesterday. Like at Luna Park I saw DM, and ex-baulkoer YC. On the train to Milson's Point I was also coincidentally in the same apartment at RQ. So cool!

After the exhaustion of Luna Park we all went out to Merrylands Bowling Club Buffet to eat. Really nice food actually.

Also HAPPY EASTER everybody!!! Let's not forget that although eating chocolate is yum and rabbits are cute what happy news we're celebrating: the DEATH, SACRIFICE and REBIRTH of our Lord Jesus Christ for US! Not just for the people then, but for EVERYBODY in the world today and forever, so that we may find a way to God and eternal salvation. Phew a lot to be thankful for eh? :D

I've been reading the Hunger Games these past nights and I'm surprised at how much I liked them. I can't wait to watch the movie!!

Can't wait to read the 2nd and 3rd books :)

Happy easter, stay safe and enjoy your holidays everyone~

Post-Exam Plans

Today we had a year assembly and wow I kinda had a sudden re-realisation that exams are so important and taken so seriously. I mean I already knew they were important before and I do take them seriously but we got so many rules and regulations and that form you have to fill out about your plans for uni etc and it was just like a re-jolt to me of how importantly our school considers exams.

Whilst I was listening I was thinking exams are just writing on paper, but we would be so devastated say if we lost one of those sheets. But it's just ink in certain shapes on a piece of heavily processed tree. Okay now I'm rambling but although exams are important, we must not forget GOD and the ultimate purpose in life :) Having said that, of course I will still put maximum effort into studies.

Here are some things I'm looking forward to after exams:
1.
Going to San Churros with da gurl frans lol

2.
Going to the airport on the the 5th of March to pick up my cousin, her husband and her son who are visiting Australia for a week!!! Super excited!! We're going to have so much fun hehe we're going to take them to the Easter Show, and the Harbour Bridge, and the Opera House, and zoos and the beach and down to Kiama and they'e going to live in our house too :) We're hoping to get our pool super clean so they can swim lol. Hehe I'm looking forward to fun times and eating out every night :3

3.

EASTER! An AWESOME time of the year to REMEMBER just how much Jesus did for us :3 My mum always buys me a bunny on Easter as well (as in the chocolate kind, not the animal. Although I've always wanted a bunny for a pet haha)

EXCITING TIMES AHEAD GUYS! I'm sure we all have our own wonderful plans for celebration after exams :) Let's try to work hard! I'm going to get off the computer now lol and take out all my math books :)
